It is very easy to create a folder without a Name and an Icon in Windows. Here are the steps to create such a one.
1. First a create a folder using Right Click -> New -> New Folder in a desired location. Let it create with the default 'New Folder' name.
2. Open Character Map from Start Menu.
3. Select the empty box and click the 'Select' button and then 'Copy' as shown below
4. Select the folder which you created before sometime and press F2.
5. Now press Ctrl+V and then 'Enter'.
6. Right click the folder and select 'Properties'.
7. Go to 'Customize' tab and select 'Change Icon'.
8. Now find and select the empty icon from it as shown below.
9. Press 'OK' and again 'OK'.
That's it, you created a folder without a name and a without icon
